These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoReplyHub, operated by Efecticient LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using AutoReplyHub, you agree to these Terms.
AutoReplyHub is a subscription-based software service that monitors customer reviews on Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages and generates AI-powered reply suggestions on your behalf. You may use the service to approve, edit, and post those replies, or enable automatic posting.
You must create an account to use AutoReplyHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
AutoReplyHub is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans and pricing are listed at autoreplyhub.com/pricing.html. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.
Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI-generated replies and a maximum number of connected locations. These quotas reset at the start of each billing period. Unused quota does not carry over. If you exceed your quota, additional replies will be paused until the next billing period or you upgrade your plan.

AutoReplyHub uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate reply suggestions. You are responsible for any content posted to your review platforms through the service. We make no guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate for every situation, or compliant with platform policies. Always review replies before enabling auto-post if accuracy is critical.
AutoReplyHub connects to Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages via their respective APIs. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms' APIs, policies, or availability. If a platform revokes API access or changes its terms, certain features of AutoReplyHub may become unavailable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party API outages may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efecticient LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AutoReplyHub, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm resulting from posted replies.
AutoReplyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that AI-generated content will be error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AutoReplyHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Efecticient LLC is domiciled.
