Yes. By default, every reply goes into a draft queue for your approval. You can read, edit, and approve it in the app. If you want completely hands-off, you can enable Auto-Reply (available on Starter plans and above).
We use the official OAuth 2.0 flow for both platforms — we never see or store your password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Facebook account settings.
Yelp's public API doesn't currently support posting replies — it's a Yelp limitation, not ours. We're working on a solution for this and expect to have something available in a future update.
