AutoReplyHub ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Efecticient LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use AutoReplyHub.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Account information (email address, password)
Business information (business name, locations)
OAuth tokens for Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages (stored encrypted at rest)
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
Device push notification tokens (for app notifications)

We also collect information automatically, including usage data and log information when you use our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the AutoReplyHub service — monitoring your reviews and generating AI replies
To authenticate with Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages on your behalf
To process your subscription payments via Stripe
To send push notifications about new reviews and reply status
To communicate with you about your account (transactional emails only)
To improve and maintain the service

3. Google and Facebook Data

AutoReplyHub connects to your Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages via official OAuth 2.0 flows. We never see or store your Google or Facebook password. We access only the data needed to read reviews and post replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google or Facebook account settings, or by disconnecting the location from the AutoReplyHub app.

We store OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted using AES-256 Fernet encryption. These tokens are used solely to interact with the review platforms on your behalf.

4. AI-Generated Content

Review content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate reply suggestions. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your review data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers necessary to operate AutoReplyHub:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting
Anthropic — AI reply generation
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email
Expo — push notification delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of OAuth tokens at rest, HTTPS for all data in transit, and row-level security on our database. However, no security measure is perfect.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@autoreplyhub.com.

9. Children's Privacy

AutoReplyHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
